Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry has partnered with designer Michael Kors New York City-based help promote their "Clock Stop Hunger 'campaign.
In collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP), Michael Kors announced in January it launched two new versions of the door of your watch (a small model for $ 295 and more for $ 325), with proceeds going to help feed families in the context of the "Stop Hunger Check 'campaign.
The designer was joined by Hollywood star Halle Berry, who "brings the talent, energy, generosity and the power of being a star for a cause that is very important for me," said Kors told WWD.
Funds each series '100 '100 watches sold will provide free meals to the needy. Berry is excited by the idea of empowerment of women in developing countries:
"WFP is particularly focused on helping women because, as parents, teachers and employers, will improve the future of their families and communities. Watches Michael Kors was launched in stores and online this month, and the two stars are supposed to be planning a trip to see the World Food Programme in action.
