Coral Reef Club, Barbados



British luxury interior, Helen Green Design, has designed and renovated and Suites Plantation at Coral Reef Club.
After a successful launch of the five suites in 2003, the guys at Helen Green Design (also responsible for designing the coveted Coral Reef Club Spa), were appointed to restore its former glory remaining suites Caribbean luxury hotel in the Caribbean.
Each suite features a private bedroom and spacious living room, circular terrace with private terrace and pool overlooking the sparkling sea to the West Coast and tropical gardens below.
An important factor for the hotel, co-owner, Karen Capaldi, is that the new-look suites, maintains authentic Caribbean lifestyle.
The newly renovated suites in the luxury Caribbean embrace the light and fresh with bright color planes such as duck egg blue neutral and green in a rich gold and dark brown in the center. The main living areas embrace a Bajan topic. Wall and window details and accents are made of rounded rock locally Coral while much of the structure is light pine. Guestrooms boast beds, softer version and elegant traditional mahogany canopy. The furniture is an eclectic mix of contemporary design and elegant antiques. Leading from the bedrooms are separate locker rooms with floor to ceiling cabinets lattice. Bathrooms are complete with custom designed showers, baths event sinks and granite relief and marble countertops. Declaration "His and Hers" mirrors are mounted on each side of the tub to enhance natural light.
