Finally Officially New Mercedes S63 AMG

Recently Mercedes Sindelfingen plant in Germany has officially started production of the new S-Class W222, and this time it was announced a couple of videos showing the production of the sedan. In one of the videos, however, was presented the new S63 AMG, we still do not have an official promotion. Now, Mercedes has finally been officially released official photos and full details on the new S63 AMG model.

The new S63 AMG under the hood has a bi-turbo 5.5-liter V8 with 430 kW/585HP to 5500 rev / min. and 900 Nm of torque at 2250-3750 rev / min., paired with AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT seven-speed with three modes, C (Controlled Efficiency), S (Sport) and M (manual) transmission. There will be a standard wheelbase S63 AMG and S63 AMG with long wheelbase, while the second will be available in versions with 4MATIC all-wheel drive. S63 AMG (with standard and long wheelbase) from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds and S63 AMG 4MATIC for exactly 4.0 seconds.

The top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph, but it will be available to drive together, which includes a top speed of 186 mph. The new S63 AMG is 100 pounds lighter than its predecessor and S63 AMG bases weighs 1970 kg, but S63 AMG with long wheelbase is 1995 kg. Of course, there is the AMG AMG aerodynamic body package with 19-inch wheels (255/45 R 19 and 285/40 R 19 tires and optional 20-inch shod with 255/40 R 20 and 285 / 35 R 20), modified suspension, bigger brakes (optional AMG are carbon-ceramic brakes), system and sports exhaust dressed inside.

The official world premiere of the new S63 AMG will be held in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and the S63 AMG will start at $ 196.612 ($ 200.203 for the version with a longer wheelbase).
