Beyoncé Purchased Cher Mansion for $45 Million

Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z paid $ 45 million Malibu mansion palace. The mansion was in possession of another famous singer, Cher.

Cher put the house on the market in 2008 and took when she was not willing to sell. But when Cher put the house back on the market in March, Beyonce was ready to go.

Designed by Ron Wilson this house overlooks the Pacific Ocean. From an aerial view, you can see the ground pool in the front and a tennis court in the back, and looks surprisingly close to the highway.

Mansion features 13,126 meters square, 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a theater, a guest house and a gym. The search of the Italian Renaissance is equipped with stone walls and ceiling of the dining room of stamped copper.
