Aston Martin Rapide S Conquers U.S.

United States of America has always been more appealing to all manufacturers of luxury cars because many rich people who want only the best. Aston Martin came to this year's show in New York with his own version of luxury, with the Fast Model S.

Shared with the Vanquish, the reworked engine has been improved with larger throttle body, a revised intake manifold, dual variable valve timing, improved fuel pump, CNC machined combustion chambers and hollow camshafts. The result is 550 horsepower at 6750 rpm and 457 lb-ft of torque at 5000 rpm. The six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic is retained, as is the limited slip differential, but both have been recalibrated for the new engine.

Aston Martin has announced that the car, with a curb weight of 4,387 pounds, will now accelerate to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds (about half a second faster than its predecessor) and hit a top speed of 190 mph.

The new Aston Martin Rapide S will come with a price tag of $ 199.950 in the United States of America.
